Autumn Lake Healthcare at The Willows is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist SLP to fill a PRN position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care that address each resident's unique needs. Sorry, this is not a CF position
The Speech Language Pathologist SLP will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop and implement effective treatment programs and establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment. The Speech Language Pathologist SLP will provide counsel to patients and patients' families, as well as create an accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits.
