Temp Stock Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team.

This is a temporary role for the holidays until Jan 5, 2025. We are hiring immediately.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our retail environment is well-stocked and organized, contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.

Must be 21 .

Holidays and weekends are required, including Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist with the organization of the warehouse and stockroom, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and locating products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely restocking of shelves during peak hours.
• Perform regular cleaning duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
