Job Description
Our client located near downtown San Antonio is looking for an Administrative Assistant
Schedule 8:00 am to 2:00 pm but will move into a 40 hour work week after a few months
Temp to Hire $18-$20 hourly depending on experience. Must have more than 2 years of Customer Service and Data Entry.
Essential Duties of: Order Intake & Data Management
-Processing Orders using Quickbooks Online
-Intaking calls and diverting them to proper person
-verifying pricing with vendors
-Managing customer requests with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management)
-Inputting Data into CRM
Skill Development - In this role you will learn:
-Monday.com CRM and project management
-Quickbooks Online Accounting software
-Customer Service Skills
-Understanding Federal Contracting/Medical Products
