Dietary Manager

Are you a certified food service manager with a passion for providing excellent care in a long-term care facility?

We are looking for an experienced Dietary Manager to join our team in a beautiful work environment.

What We Offer :

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the dietary services department in an LTC facility.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Develop budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.

Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents.

Supervise and train dietary staff.

Maintain inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.

Collaborate with medical staff on special dietary needs.

Qualifications :

Certified Food Service Manager IS A MUST

Experience as a Dietary Manager in LTC

Knowledge of nutrition, dietary management, and food safety

Proficient in expense control and budgeting

Strong communication and leadership skills

Team player
