Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare proforma pricing and profitability analysis on new business opportunities
Analyze current and past financial data and performance
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and KPI reporting
Prepare annual budgets and update monthly rolling forecasts of the income statement, balance, statement of cash flows and capital expenditures
Create and maintain various spreadsheets and dashboards for monthly financial and KPI reporting to private equity sponsor
Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare reports and projections based on this analysis; assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership
Coordinate with members of the management team to update financial information and forecasts
Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reporting out of Salesforce
Prepare monthly client implementation and attrition reporting out of various source systems
Assist with the preparation of quarterly board reporting
Assist with the financial due diligence and risk assessment process on potential acquisitions
Participate in all pre-acquisition analysis and post-acquisition validation
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (pivots & lookups) and MS PowerPoint
Business savvy with a strong inclination to understand the what, hows and why’s of the business and its financials
Must be results oriented, innovative, adaptable, strong attention to detail and capable of working independently
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build working relationships with all levels of management and stakeholders
Strong understanding of internal controls
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with NetSuite ERP, NetSuite PBCS and Salesforce and databases / warehouses
Ability to work with deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
5 to 10 years of combined experience in FP&A, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of Financial Services industry experience
