We desire candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively both in writing and orally. Addressing customer issues with empathy and calm is critical in this role. You will be responsible for managing incoming communications through calls, emails, and live chats, treating every customer with the utmost respect and care. Moreover, you will collaborate with various internal departments to identify challenges, troubleshoot situations, and provide effective solutions that guarantee a hassle-free customer journey.

Your role will also involve documenting customer interactions accurately, processing orders efficiently, and coordinating follow-ups when necessary. Staying current with product knowledge is vital for offering relevant advice and assistance to customers as they navigate our offerings.
