Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with order processing, billing questions, and service issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and service satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for record keeping.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
