What you'll do as a Cashier:
- Starting pay $11.50-$25.00 with commission added
- Little to no experience. We will teach you everything you need to know.
- Greet customers in a professional manner providing an enthusiastic, friendly experience.
- Learn suggestive selling of Ultra Clean memberships
- Operate registers, scanners, and credit card / debit card terminals
- Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change accurately
- General routine maintenance and cleaning of car wash and property
- Inspect vacuums
- Quality check vehicles
- Assist managers with daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Overall qualities you'll need:
- Great attitude always greeting customer in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings. Must be on time for shifts.
- Willing to learn and grow and work as part of a team.
- Ensure a safe working environment for customers and fellow employees.
Physical abilities needed:
- Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces
- See clearly and respond to dangerous situations
- Safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more
- Work in extreme weather
- Wear PPE correctly throughout the day.
- Standing or moving for long periods of time
