3 Min Express car wash is looking for Assistant Car Wash Managers!
Assistant Car Wash Managers perform a variety of functions around our Express Car Wash facilities and are the "cornerstone" of our top tier facilities. Industry specific experience is preferred, but any combination of car wash, sales or managerial experience will be considered.
Ideal candidates will possess basic computer skills, display excellent leadership and communication ability, and maintain high levels of enthusiasm and energy in all tasks.
Candidates will assist Site Managers with training, customer interaction, scheduling, ordering and inventory control. While in this role, the Company's goal is to continually develop the candidate into a Site Manager capable of managing his own location.
Pay scale will be commensurate to experience and ability and performance incentives are extremely competitive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
