What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Mitigation Manager position at Ultra Clean Service?
Leading Fire and Water Restoration Company, is looking for a full-time Mitigation Manager to become a member of our team. We are looking for a strong, hardworking, career-minded individual with a positive attitude, a desire to learn, able and willing to follow instructions, who would like to be part of our great team. An ideal applicant would possess strong customer service skills, leadership ability with excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers who are skilled at giving directions. Must be self-directed, a quick learner, able to coordinate projects, willing to take a lead role and direct forces.
Other requirements include:
* Perform water and fire mitigation production processes such as, but not limited to, water extraction, moderate demolition, drying equipment placement, setting up drying chambers, and performing job-site documentation as directed
* Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leaving jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
* Complete new job works orders and coordinate scheduling labor as needed
* Contact Project Manager/Estimator & Manage communication
* Complete photo documentation and upload to Encircle
* Complete Docusketch, write scopes and send to estimator
* Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project
* Get contract signed by client
* Ability to communicate with adjusters
* Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
* Ability to communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
* Ability to write scopes
* Clean cut appearance
* Minimum 4 years' experience
* 40 hours a week, on-call rotation a must, after hours, regularly be on call 24/7
* Valid driver's license with transportation
* Must pass a criminal background check and random drug screening
* Proficient at estimating using ALBI software
* Any IICRC certifications a plus
* Able to lift at least 70lbs
* Basic computer skills
