As our Construction Superintendent, you will have strong backing from Project Managers and our support teams as you build out your project. We’ve got your back.
We expect our high standards of quality craftsmanship and excellent client experiences to be held, and we put forth our efforts to have everyone succeed, most importantly, our Superintendents.

Candidates should demonstrate experience and expertise with supervision of COMMERCIAL BUILDING RENOVATIONS, SCIF / SECURE FACILITIES, and TENANT INTERIORS projects.

Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC area only

Our Ideal Candidate :

Has deep knowledge of building codes, drawings, and local regulations.

Has an eye for detail and is very organized.

Can work well and lead multiple contractors and subcontractors.

Can train and supervise workers in the construction process.

Ability to plan and coordinate schedules, materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

Is experienced with Procore, and willing to learn and use technology.

Expertise with two to three week look-aheads, and ability to spot problems before they occur.

Is capable of effectively troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Has a history of consistently meeting and beating schedule deadlines.

Can effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.

Is strong in clearly and effectively communicating with all stakeholders during the projects.

Has full-time reliable work transportation.

Has flexibility for an occasional off-hours project.
