Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete assigned tasks.
- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor .Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
