Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure seamless production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Electro-Mechanical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and identify potential issues
- Replace or repair components such as motors, sensors, wiring, and circuit boards
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical problems
- Document all maintenance and repair work, including parts used and work performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide input on equipment upgrades and preventive maintenance schedules
