Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Ultra Cryo & Recovery. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional wellness services. This position is vital for ensuring we have the right people in place to enhance our clients' experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS, to streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for our company culture.
- Engage in executive recruiting to fill key positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and succession planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate suitability effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS software is a plus.
- Experience in executive recruiting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
