The Ultra Supply Chain function manages the processes associated with Indirect and Direct Procurement of goods and materials required to meet the operational demands of the business and the logistics of ensuring that materials are available for operations, and the completed products/services are delivered to the customer.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives parts to stock from Receiving, Quality, Shop Floor, or others.
- Counts and stocks in the appropriate location.
- Performs transactions as needed.
- Issues parts to work orders and requisitions.
- Locate, count and transact part number and quantities as required.
- Prepare drawing package requirements as necessary.
- Transact movement of parts out of stockroom as required.
- Perform daily cycle counts and associated research, transactions until complete.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Assist in shipping and receiving.
- Performs pick-ups and deliveries between departments in the facility.
- Operates hand truck if needed to move or receive stockroom items.
- Performs related clerical tasks and keeps records and files as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of stockroom or clerical experience in a manufacturing company.
- This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Desired Skills:
- Very strong attention to detail and previous work experience showcasing this skill.
- Willingness to apply concepts of basic math.
- Willing to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software, Microsoft Word Processing software and ERP Systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to read small text and handwriting.
- Frequently required to stand
- Required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The employee must visually examine parts and documents.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds with assistance by other employees or use of mechanical devices.

Expected Compensation: The expected compensation for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 annually. Please note, this is the expected compensation however, Ultra Maritime considers many factors in determining compensation prior to office, such as: responsibilities and scope of role, candidate's work experience and education related to position, applicable certifications or trainings, business and market conditions.
