Responsibilities :
Conduct physical therapy evaluations of clients referred for physical therapy
Develop and implement evidence-based, highly individualized, and patient-centered treatment plans with advanced technique services
Execute patient-centered therapy sessions to enhance patient outcomes through each therapy service
Utilize Dynamic Movement Intervention as a complement to therapy plans
Maintain accurate records of services provided for billing purposes
Keep up-to-date daily notes
Foster a Team and Collaborative Approach with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and schools, to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
Demonstrate Leadership in every moment of service
Uphold the value of Patients, Families, and your Team
Ensure compliance with all certification and legal requirements
Qualifications / Requirements :
Licensed Physical Therapist with Tennessee licensure (PT)
Three years of Physical Therapy experience required
Strong previous experience in pediatric physical therapy required
Seeking therapists who are relational, enthusiastic, and passionate, embracing our goals and team environment
