Manufacturing Design Technician Job Description
Job Summary: Assists with technical drawings for new or revised products and maintains product bills of materials in Epicor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and review product drawings in AutoCAD.
- Maintain BOM’s in Epicor.
- Generate ECN’s as needed.
- Develop/design jigs and tooling for production processes.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field
- 5 years in progressive manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, assembly and production equipment.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in AutoCad; Solidworks a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
