As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, polishing and installing ceramic coatings.
- Conduct Auto Detailing services with attention to detail to ensure a pristine finish.
- Apply window tinting as needed, adhering to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used during the detailing process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility or to designated locations as required.
- Assist in custodial tasks to keep the workspace organized and tidy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
- Knowledge of car care products and techniques is a plus.
