ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented Data Analyst III to join the Enterprise Information Management Team ! Individual reports to Director, Reporting and Analytics Services. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Analyst III is a critical role that provides a strong blend of analytical skills, project management, mentoring, and data wrangling. This role supports and optimizes business processes across domain-specific and cross-functional areas. It focuses on monitoring processes, deriving actionable insights, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data flows to drive data-driven decision-making and operational success.
Your usual day of awesomeness includes :
- Monitor business processes, establish efficiency metrics, and identify optimization opportunities through analysis of large datasets.
- Derive insights to validate business programs by assessing alignment between estimated and applied amounts, and identifying drivers behind observed deltas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and analyze data for business processes.
- Analyze existing business reports to ensure consistency and identify upstream data quality issues early.
- Create and maintain strategic reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Validate data flows to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business data pipelines.
- Manipulate and organize complex datasets to provide actionable insights and process improvements.
- Critical Thinking : Assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions.
- Data Storytelling : Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Modeling and Validation : Develop a strong understanding of data pipelines, validation processes, and consistency checks in business data.
- Communication Skills : Collaborate effectively with business partners and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Project Management and Mentoring : Manage tasks efficiently while mentoring team members to enhance collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,000 - $130,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, and company paid holidays.
