Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
- Perform construction estimating to prepare accurate cost assessments for projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project documentation.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity across all phases of the project.

Experience
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in construction management software is appreciated.

- A solid understanding of contract management principles is preferred.
