Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist in problem solving in relations to our many food distribution clients
- Handle accounts payable functions related to collections
- Communicate effectively with corporate as well as residential clients
- Utilize phone etiquette skills when contacting clients/vendors for collections purposes
Skills
-Excellent listenin and communications skills
- Experience in accounts payable and account reconciliation
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and food industry jargon
- Excellent account analysis skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
