Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge and Experience: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, fabrication, and automation, as well as proficiency in process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and quality improvement methodologies.
- CAD/CAM Software: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Statistical Analysis: Experience with statistical analysis, data-driven decision making, and process control techniques.
