The Program Finance Analyst will be responsible for supporting customer programs in the daily execution of production and engineering development programs. Will provide financial support to Program Managers and Finance Leadership in the areas of program cost analysis, cost estimating, cash flow monitoring, gross margin analysis, and variances analysis / reporting.
This is a hybrid role in either Braintree, MA or Chantilly, VA with training onsite and weekly in office days.
Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Maintain program on a timely basis with accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, cost, funding, gross margins, cash flow, and programmatic risks
- Monitor costs on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct cost accounts
- Support the generation of monthly financial status reports, monthly / quarterly Estimate at Completes (EACs), funding tracking reports, internal financial reporting and submit invoices to customers
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), time-phased budgets and schedules, Estimate to Completes (ETCs), analyses and interpretations
- Serve as proposal pricing analyst
- Provide cost analysis and Earned Value Management System (EVMS), support to Program Manager and Control Account Managers (CAMs)
- Prepare financial contracts data requirements list (CDRLs) for timely delivery
- Interface with the program team to develop and status schedule requirements, including updates as required
- Prepare internal program review presentations for management and complete
