Ultra Maritime is actively seeking an accomplished and skilled Senior Manager of Engineering to lead a team of dedicated Manufacturing, Development, and Tooling Engineers to drive excellence in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, capable of leading and optimizing processes related to various domains while leveraging best-in-class practices. Job Description
Responsibilities : Leadership :
- Lead the strategic development, optimization, and troubleshooting of processes across various product lines.
- Collaborate with the design team to select appropriate materials and equipment, actively contributing to process development initiatives.
- Help shape the strategic vision for the site, participating in 1, 3 and 5 year plan development.
- Work with the team to identify critical equipment that is required for growth and help establish timelines and write CAPEX proposals to support the future business needs.
