Job Summary :
As a Wellness Technician at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality wellness and recovery services, including full-body cryotherapy, compression therapy, and infrared sauna sessions. Your primary focus will be on providing a safe and professional experience for each client, while educating them about the benefits of the services offered. Although sales consultations are not a direct part of this role, you will have opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and generate referrals.
This position is perfect for someone passionate about wellness and recovery who enjoys delivering top-notch care and building strong relationships with clients.
This part-time role offers up to $15.00 per hour for 30-35 hours per week, Monday through Saturday .
Responsibilities :
Perform all wellness and recovery services, including full-body cryotherapy, compression therapy, and infrared sauna sessions.Ensure client comfort and safety during all treatments, strictly following protocols and safety guidelines.Educate clients on the benefits and expected outcomes of wellness services and provide recommendations for post-treatment care.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products to enhance the client's experience.Generate client referrals through exceptional service and personalized recommendations.Maintain a professional, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere in the wellness and recovery department.Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, quality service and ongoing engagement.Document all client services accurately, ensuring records are up to date.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and wellness equipment.Monitor and restock inventory for wellness supplies, reporting any shortages or needs.Collaborate with the front desk and management team to coordinate client appointments and schedules.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements
Qualifications and Skills :
Previous experience in wellness, fitness, spa, or recovery services is preferred.Knowledge of cryotherapy, compression therapy, and infrared sauna treatments, or a willingness to learn.Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive client experience.Ability to identify and recommend additional services without engaging in direct sales consultations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly attitude.Ability to maintain high attention to detail and follow protocols in a fast-paced environment.Physical stamina to assist clients and stand for extended periods.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits
