The Document Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all product documents related to the design, labeling, and production of products controlled within the Quality System to ensure that the most current revision is available for use after the proper approvals have been obtained.
This is an in-office at our HQ in South Jordan.
You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Run reports on change order status.
- Review change orders for format and content and send out for approval.
- Ensure products and documents are reviewed and approved by the appropriate parties prior to release.
- Release and implement change orders.
- Answer questions and train on change order process
- Run past dues reports.
- Monitor the integrity and accuracy of new and existing part numbers through the PLM approval process for both production and R&D items.
- Recognize and champion opportunities for improvements and modernization.
- Execute effective and appropriate communication throughout the business.
- Understand and adhere to all cGMP policies, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle competing priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of other functions that provide regular inputs (i.e., Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations) and how they interact with one another is a plus or willingness to learn.
- Understanding or experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience with PLM, ERP, and/or MES systems is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-5 year applicable experience in an organization that has multiple SKU’s with multiple data sets is a plus.
