What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stability and Microbiology Lab Coordinator position at Ultradent Products Inc.?
Ultradent, a global name in oral health, is looking for a Stability and Microbiology Lab Coordinator to join our QA/RA Team. The coordinator is responsible for the coordination and performing functions related to the Stability Engineering Department and the Microbiology Lab. This includes pulls, and stores of stability studies, tracking stability samples, collecting stability data for the Stability Engineers, media audits, ordering, and receiving packages for both the stability department and the Microbiology Lab.
Important Job Duties:
- Support the overall Stability and Microbiology Lab under the direction of the Stability Engineering and QC Microbiology Laboratory Manager.
- Support Stability Engineers in daily tasks.
- Support QC Microbiologists in daily tasks.
- Manage, order, and receive inventory for the QC Microbiology Lab.
- Support the Stability and QC Microbiology Lab with any additional tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Knowledge in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Thorough knowledge of standard business software products (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong competency in record keeping/organization, database maintenance, spreadsheets, and customer service.
- Strong communication skills
What you will need to succeed:
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Attention to Detail.
- Capable of prioritizing and coordinating a list of tasks.
- Must be able to work effectively with as a team with colleagues
- IT Skills – data entry and database use are an important part of the job.
