About the Role :

You will be responsible for coaching our users to use our products to reach their health outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Use your nutrition & coaching skills to orient users toward their health goals
- Manage incoming customer queries via various channels promptly.
- Channel feedback to the designated teams and help take Ultrahuman TO THE MOON.
- Work on eliminating SLA response times, and ensure a stellar customer experience across time zones.
- Assist technology teams in improving customer experience.
- Liaison with our user experience team and other athletes and ensure that our users get the proper guidance.
- Taking a consultative approach to helping our users overcome issues and achieve goals to provide them with a 7-star experience.
