Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
- Identify opportunities for AI adoption to meet business needs.
- Design, prototype, and implement AI/ML models, pipelines, and algorithms.
- Develop efficient, scalable code and maintain clean data pipelines.
Integration & Deployment
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems/applications using APIs or other data integration methods.
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and reliability of solutions in production environments.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Present findings and system improvements to non-technical stakeholders.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Establish metrics and monitoring strategies to evaluate AI solution performance and reliability.
- Continuously optimize and refine models based on real-world feedback.
• Research & Innovation
- Stay up-to-date with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Propose new ideas and enhancements to advance our company’s AI capabilities.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
• 2–5 years in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related technical role.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), R, or Java.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data manipulation libraries.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and data integration best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required. Equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring).
• Background in data engineering or DevOps.
• Familiarity with business process automation and workflow management tools.
