Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on marketing strategy, extensive experience in building marketing funnels, analytics, and expertise in e-commerce to help create a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and emerging trends, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including, but not limited to, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels for our products and target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage a mix of channels and tactics, including digital marketing, advertising, email marketing, inbound marketing, social media, events, and PR.
- Drive the creation of marketing collateral, content, and assets that support B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize expertise in building marketing funnels to optimize the customer journey and drive conversions at each stage of the funnel.
- Manage e-commerce marketing efforts, including website optimization, product merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, CAC, and key success indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and e-commerce, and incorporate them into our marketing strategy.
- Attend and participate in relevant departmental meetings.

Requirements:
- 5 years experience preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus but not required
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on marketing strategy, building marketing funnels, and e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, psychology, sales, and persuasion strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in marketing automation, editing, QA leadership and Ai is a plus.
