The Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Web Developer who is proficient in building robust systems from the ground up. You’ll have significant freedom in choosing technologies and infrastructure, as well as the autonomy to drive key integrations and help manage the work of an international dev team. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Development, you’ll work closely with a highly autonomous “Product Trio” comprising UX Design and Product Management to shape our technical landscape, leveraging modern frameworks, AI APIs, and best practices to create innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 System Architecture & Development:

• Lead the design and development of new web systems and applications from scratch.
• Select and implement technologies and infrastructure that align with our vision and business needs.

 Integration Leadership:

• Architect and manage integrations with various health and fitness applications (e.g., HealthKit, Google Fit) and other external systems.
• Help direct and support dev teams working on integrations or new feature development.
  

 Front-End & Mobile Development:

• Develop modern user interfaces using frameworks like React and TailwindCSS.
• Work on mobile solutions, ideally with experience in React Native or similar technologies.

 AI and Automation:

• Leverage AI tools and APIs for enhancing coding productivity.
• Drive innovation through the integration of AI in our product ecosystem.

 Team Leadership & Agile Management:

• Lead international engineers, fostering an agile, startup-like environment.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Trio to balance competing priorities and ship quality code fast while ensuring sustainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive full-stack development experience, including:

• Front-end technologies (React, TailwindCSS, etc.)
• Back-end development and system architecture

• Proven track record in building systems from the ground up

• Experience in a fast-paced agile/scrum environments.

• Experience with WordPress and e-commerce platforms.

• Strong background in developing and managing integrations with various APIs and external systems.

• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and a drive to integrate AI for productivity and customer value.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing development teams and projects.
• Hands-on experience with mobile development, preferably React Native.

• Experience working in a HIPAA environment.

• Experience integrating with physical products is a plus.
