Position Overview

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated Sr. Product Manager to drive our growth in a rapidly evolving market. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and launch of innovative products from concept to market, with a strong emphasis on the 01. You will work in a fast-paced environment where quick learning, adaptability, and creativity are paramount, managing both digital and physical product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy:
  Develop and execute product strategies that align with our companys growth goals. Identify market opportunities, define product roadmaps, and drive execution from ideation to launch.

• 01 Product Development:
  Lead the end-to-end process of building new products from scratch, including both digital solutions and physical products. Solve ambiguous challenges by leveraging creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Utilize data analytics and market research to inform product decisions. Continuously track product performance metrics and iterate based on quantitative insights to drive product success.

• Customer-Centric Approach:
  Deeply empathize with customers to understand their needs and pain points. Use customer feedback to continuously refine products and enhance user experiences.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless execution. Serve as a key liaison among various stakeholders, especially when integrating digital and physical elements.

• Market & Trend Analysis:
  Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the supplement, genetics, and health & wellness sectors. Use data-driven insights to validate market opportunities and drive product decisions.

• Product-Led Growth:
  Champion a product-led growth approach by designing products that naturally drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

• Rapid Experimentation & Learning:
  Thrive in a fast-paced environment, rapidly iterating on ideas, learning from experiments, and continuously improving product offerings.

Core Qualifications

• Proven track record of launching new products (01) in startup or growth environments.
• Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Background in product-led growth strategies and successful product launches.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle big, ambiguous challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with highly skilled and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fast learner who thrives on rapid change and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision-making and performance analytics.
