What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler Level 1 position at Ultratec Special Effects?
We are hiring for multiple assembly positions, based on experience and skill. We hire employees for every step of the manufacturing process. We don't expect applicants to have specific knowledge of our industry, so we train everyone from the ground up. Positions can include assembling small parts, simple soldering, production, and packaging. We work in small groups, with a strong focus on safety. The ability to follow directions and procedures is a must.

We understand that you might have other options for employment, including retail and fast food. Those jobs, however, often include working nights, weekends, and rotating shifts, with uncertain hours and few benefits. Willingness to learn: We'll teach you how to do the job safely and correctly, and look for progress while you work up to full production goals

Schedule: We work 8am 4:30pm, with occasional overtime. Overtime hours are 8am-6:30pm. No nights, no shift work.
