What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Umai Revolving Sushi?
A Bartender/Server at a revolving sushi restaurant that can work at our full bar, and also work as a server in the dining area.
On every shift, you will be assigned as a Bartender or a Server, which will be your primary responsibility for the day, and this can change from shift to shift, depending on who is needed where.
Our work environment is a high paced and energetic environment. All of our staff is friendly, they help each other out, and will need to work together well as a team. We are looking to add to the team with someone that has the same worth ethic.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean tables after guests leave, and prepare them for the next guests
- Fill drinks for guests while they dine
- Remove empty plates from guests' tables while they dine
- Assist guests with any questions that they have
- Prepare drinks at the bar area when they are ordered by customers
- Make basic alcoholic drinks. (No experience needed, we will train you on the job!)
- Clean glasses at the bar
- Restaurant cleaning at the end of the night
