Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing exceptional guest services throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders and presentation.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer any guest inquiries confidently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server in restaurant, prefer Asian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and service excellence.
- Experience with POS system or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.66 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
