- Conduct chemical analyses and experiments to develop new products or improve existing ones
- Utilize various laboratory techniques to test and analyze substances
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Perform quality control tests to maintain product standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and development projects
- Record and analyze data, prepare technical reports, and present findings
- Stay updated with industry trends, scientific advancements, and new technologies
- Participate in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the laboratory
- Support process optimization and production scale-up activities

- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. may be preferred
- Demonstrated experience in conducting chemical analyses and experiments
