Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data governance requirements and implement solutions in Collibra.
- Administer Collibra Data Governance Center, including configuring and maintaining data dictionaries, roles, and workflow designs.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes within Collibra.
- Support data stewards and business users in understanding and utilizing the Collibra platform effectively.
- Create and maintain data lineage, data catalogs, and business glossaries within Collibra.
- Design and execute data quality rules and workflows using Collibra.
- Assist in data governance maturity assessments and develop roadmaps for continuous improvement.
- Participate in data governance tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations.
- Provide training and guidance to end users on Collibra best practices and data governance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Collibra with other data management tools and systems.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance and data management documentation.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data governance and data management.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Collibra Data Governance Center.
- Support data privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives within Collibra.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience working with Collibra Data Governance platform.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data management, and data quality concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience in configuring and administering Collibra Data Dictionary and Collibra Data Governance Center.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Collibra data governance solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different business units.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data-related issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Relevant Collibra certifications will be a plus.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
