Key responsibilities
- Conducting thorough physical examinations and medical histories of patients
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages
- Developing personalized treatment plans and coordinating care with specialists as needed
- Providing patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and health promotion
- Performing in-office procedures such as suturing, lesion removal, or joint injections
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and implementing appropriate follow-up
- Maintaining accurate and updated medical records for all patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical guidelines
- Supervising and mentoring medical residents, interns, or nurse practitioners
- Engaging in community outreach and participation in public health programs
- Staying current with medical advancements and best practices through continuous learning

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of residency program in family medicine or primary care
- Board certification or eligibility in family medicine
- State medical license and DEA registration to practice medicine
- Excellent clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment, and management of diverse health conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and interdisciplinary interactions
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough understanding of preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management

Salary : $200,000 - $270,000
