We are seeking a Lead Java Fullstack Developer with React JS experience to drive complex initiatives and deliverables in our technical domain. This role involves leading projects, designing and developing solutions, and providing technical leadership and guidance. You will be responsible for managing moderately complex technical challenges, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead and oversee the development of moderately complex projects, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Ensure projects align with technical strategies and standards.
- Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the planning and strategy for large-scale technical initiatives. Provide input on upgrades, deployments, and technology choices.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve moderately complex technical issues, leveraging a deep understanding of technologies and procedures. Serve as an escalation point for technical challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to achieve project goals and resolve technical challenges. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Client Needs: Address existing and potential new client needs by leveraging your understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience: 8-9 years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong background in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and React JS.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring, jQuery, React, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead moderately complex technical projects and initiatives.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in evaluating and resolving technical challenges.
- Team Leadership: Experience in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff and acting as a technical escalation point.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
