Are you a skilled Maintenance Leader with a strong background in manufacturing operations? We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and drive improvements in equipment performance, efficiency, and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support day-to-day maintenance operations across the manufacturing floor
- Delegate and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal equipment performance
- Provide hands-on technical support to mechanics for complex repairs and troubleshooting
- Train and develop maintenance team members to reach their highest potential
- Help manage and improve the Preventive Maintenance program
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed
- Drive continuous improvements through strategic planning and project completion
- Collaborate with other department leaders to meet company goals
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to safety/maintenance procedures
- Participate in annual budgeting and department strategy
What You Bring
- 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of production equipment and industrial systems
- Experience using electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools
- Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings
- Solid computer skills ( knowledge a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: On the road
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
