JOB DETAIL

Summary

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. May operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment. This is an entry-level position. Typically requires a high school education.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or production.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production and delivery deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
