Job Description:
We are seeking a Material Mover to join our team in Worcester, MA! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the seamless flow of materials between the warehouse and manufacturing suites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment. This is an onsite position with shifts available during the day and evening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stage materials for weighing, dispensing, buffering, and media prep.
- Move MB21 and Kanban materials to suite passthroughs within 72 hours of order placement, or same day for Kanban orders.
- Ensure the neutral corridor remains clear, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Coordinate recycling of single-use bags and waste.
- Manage material requests and returns to the warehouse.
- Support the cold delivery of materials to specific business units.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements, escalating discrepancies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the movement of materials to glass wash and other areas accessible from the neutral corridor.
- Adhere to cGMP SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for interaction with various departments.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required.

Pay: $19.24 - $23.00 per hour
