This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at urHealthcare located in Rocklin, CA. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing patient care, conducting physical exams, developing treatment plans, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to patients.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to create and implement treatment plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in managing chronic conditions and patient education
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Previous experience in outpatient care is preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $84.70 - $87.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
