Engagement Description –

• This position requires the ability to multitask within a high-volume concierge contact center setting.
• The pharmacy technician will assist in providing pharmacy services. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Two years pharmacy experience working under a license pharmacist or completion of certified pharmacy technical program.
• Working knowledge of third-party claims process.
  
  

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience

• Ability to process Coverage Determination Requests within CMS Timeframes
• Ability to communicate all pharmacy benefits both verbally and written.
• Ability to have strong attention to detail while multitasking within a high demand environment.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Retail, PBM, Hospital, Managed Care
• Experience with Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access
• Knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes and claims processin
• Knowledge of Privacy Regulation
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
