Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients with life-threatening conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and life-support treatments following physician orders.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform frequent assessments, document patient progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in Code Blue situations as required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (required); CCRN certification (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience required.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to work under pressure in high-stress environments.

Pay: $57,153.00 - $71,106.00 per year
