Experience Requirements:

- Potential candidates will be knowledgeable in building Email Campaigns sends from briefs to reporting
- Proficiency in email builder, campaign development, and technical skills, including Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and API integrations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization
- Deep understanding of journey creation and optimization in SFMC
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Expertise
Email Studio:
- Proficiency in creating, testing, and deploying emails.
- Experience with data extensions, subscriber lists, and import activities.
Journey Builder:
- Ability to design, optimize, and monitor automated email journeys for customer engagement.
- Knowledge of triggers, decision splits, and journey analytics.
Content Builder:
- Experience creating and managing reusable email templates, blocks, and content.
- Personalization and dynamic content capabilities.
Automation Studio:
- Setting up email automation workflows, including file imports, email sends, and SQL queries.
Contact Builder:
- Understanding data models, contact management, and relationships among data extensions.
- Email Development Skills
HTML/CSS for Email:
- Proficiency in hand-coding responsive email templates.
- Knowledge of email client rendering quirks and how to address them.
- Photoshop or image editing nice to have
AMPscript:
- Experience using AMPscript for personalization, dynamic content, and conditional logic.
SQL Queries:
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data within Marketing Cloud.
Responsive Design:
- Ensuring emails are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices and clients.
- Personalization and Dynamic Content
Dynamic Content Blocks:
- Ability to set up rules for personalized email content based on subscriber data.
Audience Segmentation:
- Creating targeted audiences using filters, SQL queries, and data extensions.
Data-Driven Content:
- Incorporating real-time or external data into email content for personalization.
Analytics and Reporting
Email Performance Metrics:
- Proficiency in tracking key email KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, unsubscribes).
- Ability to analyze and report results.
A/B Testing:
- Experience running subject line, content, and send time tests to improve performance.
Journey Analytics:
- Understanding how to interpret Journey Builder performance reports.
Campaign ROI Tracking:
- Ability to connect email campaign performance to business outcomes and conversion tracking.
- Integration with Analytics Tools:
- Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or Salesforce Reports for advanced analysis.
- Best Practices for Email Marketing
Deliverability:
- Ensuring proper email deliverability and avoiding spam filters.
- Understanding CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance rules.
Optimization:
- Best practices for mobile optimization, content length, subject lines, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
Testing and QA:
- Tools like Litmus or Email on Acid for cross-client testing and debugging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform static images into dynamic campaigns within Marketing Cloud and oversee deployment
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, ensuring alignment on campaign execution
- Conduct thorough email testing and coordinate with creatives for feedback
- Work independently within a small team, alongside legacy team members and two additional staff on the client side.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Photoshop or similar tools for creative asset adjustments.
- Marketing Cloud Certification is preferred but not mandatory as long as the candidate can demonstrate their expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required if the candidate demonstrates significant Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $52.47 - $62.00 per hour
