SAP Ariba Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Ariba & Concur Specialist to manage procurement, supplier management, sourcing, and expense management solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and a strong understanding of SAP Concur, along with expertise in system integration and customization to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Ariba Expertise: Implement and manage SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Spend Visibility.
• SAP Concur Proficiency: Support travel and expense management solutions, ensuring seamless invoice processing.
• System Integration: Integrate SAP Ariba and Concur with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Configuration & Customization: Configure and tailor SAP Ariba and Concur solutions to align with business needs.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Site Reliability Engineers, to automate processes, enhance monitoring, and improve stability.
• Incident Management & Agile Practices: Perform regular health checks, participate in incident restoration, and contribute to agile methodologies such as standups, solutioning, and demonstrations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Ariba in procurement, supplier management, and sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Concur for travel and expense management.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba and Concur with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Ariba Certification (Procurement or Supplier Management).
• SAP Concur Certification or related training.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or other enterprise cloud solutions.

Role Expectations:

• Partner with Site Reliability Engineers to deliver automation, monitoring, and system stability improvements.
• Perform regular application maintenance and health checks.
• Optimize performance in high-traffic, load-balanced environments.
• Document root cause analyses and drive resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,200.00 - $135,886.00 per year
