Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP BW data models.

• Maintain data integrity and perform regular data quality checks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify KPIs and reporting needs.

• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on BI tools.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues related to data processing or reporting.

• Participate in project planning and implementation for new BI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BW/BI.
• Proficiency in SAP BW data modeling and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP BusinessObjects or similar.
• Solid understanding of business processes and analytical methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in conducting user training sessions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
