Job Summary
The Director - Client Partner will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to clients in the Charlotte area. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Senior Director or VP of Sales and will focus on growing existing accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
The Director - Client Partner will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services to clients in the Charlotte area. This individual contributor role reports directly to the Senior Director or VP of Sales and will focus on growing existing accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth and Account Management:
- Drive sales growth and profitability for existing customers within the Manufacturing domain, specifically in and around Charlotte, NC.
- Engage with customer stakeholders and leadership to foster strong relationships and expand the account footprint.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and maintain day-to-day client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Product and Service Offerings:
- Lead business development efforts for core offerings, including Warranty Management, Manufacturing Analytics, IoT, Salesforce, and other related services.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and develop strategies to maximize account growth.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience in Warranty Management.
- 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Analytics, IoT, and Salesforce.
- 70% of total experience must be within the Manufacturing Domain.
- Proven track record of selling IT software products (IT Software only).
- A minimum of 3 years of tenure in each project.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing domain processes and systems.
- Ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- U.S. Green Card (GC) holders or U.S. Citizens (USC) only.
- Job stability is mandatory with a minimum of 3 years tenure in each previous role.
- No poach clients or other restrictions.
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing sector.
- Any product-based clients that sell software services.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Charlotte and travel within the region are welcome.
- Must reside in Charlotte, NC, and be willing to travel to client locations.
- Two virtual video discussions with the VP of Sales, followed by travel to Santa Clara for in-person meetings with the leadership team.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
