We are hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification to perform high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) scans under the general supervision of a Radiologist. You will be part of a patient-focused radiology team, ensuring excellent care, safety, and diagnostic accuracy in compliance with established clinical protocols.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans as per exam protocols, ensuring diagnostic image quality.
- Prepare and position patients safely and accurately.
- Communicate effectively using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
- Maintain imaging equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation including patient history, pregnancy status, and consent forms.
- Assist in training new staff as a clinical preceptor when required.
- ✅ ARRT (CT) Certification
- ✅ Active Texas Radiologic Technologist License (MRT)
- ✅ Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- ✅ Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols & radiation safety
- ✅ Ability to perform under pressure and ensure patient comfort
- ✅ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
Salary : $68,000 - $99,000
