CT Technologist – ARRT (CT) Certified | Onsite | Irving, TX

🏥 Job Summary

We are hiring a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification to perform high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) scans under the general supervision of a Radiologist. You will be part of a patient-focused radiology team, ensuring excellent care, safety, and diagnostic accuracy in compliance with established clinical protocols.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans as per exam protocols, ensuring diagnostic image quality.
• Prepare and position patients safely and accurately.
• Communicate effectively using AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
• Maintain imaging equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure proper documentation including patient history, pregnancy status, and consent forms.
• Assist in training new staff as a clinical preceptor when required.
  
  

🧠 Key Skills & Qualifications

• ✅ ARRT (CT) Certification
• ✅ Active Texas Radiologic Technologist License (MRT)
• ✅ Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience in a clinical or hospital setting
• ✅ Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols & radiation safety
• ✅ Ability to perform under pressure and ensure patient comfort
• ✅ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
